Return Policy
We want you to love your Vow Vault.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thevowvaultco.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
If your Vow Vault is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
